Now that the upper level of the layout is fundamentally complete (at least all the messy stuff like plaster and epoxy), construction can begin on the lower level.  This will represent the line from Denver to Pueblo, Colorado, called the Joint Line as it was used by the D&RGW, the ATSF, and the UP jointly.  Much of the actual construction will be done on the work bench and then moved into place.
